I added a mechanical gauge to my 2004 XLT. Right now the old sending unig is off and the oli llight is on.
I need to get a T-fitting of some sort.
But, i read on a mustang forum about another plug somewhere on the engine that i could use. Unfortuantely it was not clear and there was no followup.
If there was such a port somewher, even if it registered a bit low, that would be an ideal place for the stock sending unit as i also have the gauge for accurate reading.
