Has anyone had to remove the alternator mount. I broke off a bolt and am having trouble getting it out. Breaking off a drill bit in it didn't help! I either want to remove it to get a better angle or try a "Rescue Bit", they only run $50!
The problem I see with taking it out is the same as the bolt breaking off from the alternator, steel bolt frozen in old corroded aluminum!
Suggetions?
