Bought this 2010 xlt v6 recently and ever since "brake fluid level low" warning message always there on the mini dash screen.
Brake oil level was fine, but I did flush it out and added new oil but warning message remains.
I got another reservoir with the embedded sensor thinking it might be the sensor (didn't get the full master cylinder though) and replaced it myself and readded oil, and still no change.
Brake is working fine btw.
What could be the issue? How can I test the connector that plugs on the sensor myself (if its a possibility)?

First thing I would check is wiring visualy. You can look at the connector for any corosion. Other than that its going to take someone thats knows how the system works and possibly some special electrical tools.
