amp gain help needed asap

i have 4 12in type r's dual 4ohm and 2 cadence txa1000d amps i have 2 subs per amp at 1000watts rms@1ohm im using the phoenix gold TLD22 line driver putting out 8vrms the min and max on my amp is 8v and 175mv which should i set my gain to and also what should i set my subsonic filter to it goes 10 to 40 i have my lpf at 100hz and my bass boost is at 0 i want the most bass possible

Bass boost should be off...not needed.

Subsonic depends on the enclosure.

The gain should be set in accordance to the input voltage. Basically to set the gain properly you need to either have a trained ear and a DMM or a DMM and an oscilloscope.
