I have 2 phoenix gold xs 12 in a sealed box and an sony 800 watt 4 channel amp. I've been running the amp in bridged mode and everythings been good till yesterday. I turned my explorer on and there's barely any bass coming from my subs. I thought it might have been a problem with my subs but it wasn't. When i turn the volume on one of the subs down the other one will start pounding. It does the same thing with both subs. I'll turn one off and the other one will start pounding. But when i have both subs going it sounds like ****. Does anyone know what the problem is? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe you blew a channel

Sound like one of the subs is out of phase. In other words the positive and negative is backwards on one of your subs. Check your wiring

Haha, that was it, i can't belive it was something so simple. Thanks man

Sounds just like it did before.
