Amp remote

I installed a stereo system in a 04 superduty last weekend and the only thing missing was his amp remote, The bass isn't loud at all.

I connected it right from the factory HU and even with the bass maxed on the amp and hu it still doesn't pound.

I haven't done a stereo system for about 2 years, but think that the amp needs the remote to get the bass pounding doesn't it?

you don't need a remote bass knob, or a remote bass boost knob. You probably just need to set the gains a little higher. A remote bass knob is just a remote gain
