I just bought an amp, subs, and a box. I'm starting to look at routing the amp wires to the head unit and battery, and can't seem to find a great spot to hide the wires. They don't need to be completely hidden, but I'd like them to be seen as little as possible. The amp in between the second and third row seats on the floor, and the box is sitting on the back of the third row seats with them folded down. If anyone has any suggestions, that'd be awesome. Also looking for a good ground spot.

Check out my thread in the 06-10 modified forum titled complete stereo install. Use the factory wire channel that runs along the sides of the car. Pull the plastic panels in the bottom door jams. I don't have a picture.

I just checked out your thread (awesome set up by the way!). I had pulled the back apart and replaced my factory subwoofer with a 8" Rockford Fosgate P2, so I had the bottom trim in the back passenger door off, but didn't see any factory wiring there. Does the factory sub and amp wiring run inside the cab or through a grommet and underneath?

It runs in the cab.

There is a black channel along the bottom door sills, it has a cover that opens on a hinge you have to pry it open. It's kind of difficult you have to put some pressure on it. Also make sure you run your rca on opposite sides of the car.

If you look at this photo under the second row seat belt is the factory wiring it follows the wheelwell forward then goes into the channel on the door sill.

I'll have to see if I can find it. I hope to get it wired up this weekend, maybe some of it tonight even. Why do you suggest running the RCA on opposite sides of the car?

RCA’s can’t run with power wiring, or you’ll induce noise into your signal. (Like alternator whine). The same can apply if you just run crappy cabling.

I've just started the wiring and have found the channel you were referring to. Does it pry open upwards or out towards the door? I figured asking is better than breaking things haha

It pops open upwards, take a close look and you should see a flap on one side and a corner on the other. If you got that far you can just shove the wire under the carpet next to the factory wiring channel thing.
