Im finally trying to get the ball rolling on my OBA as a winter project along with the completion of my SAS. The only thing holding me back is figuring out how to get the air compressor hooked up to air lines. I have thought of two things, I could have it taken to a place that deals in compressed air fittings and such and have the stock AC fluid lines crimped with a NPT fitting or try and get the inlet/ outlet holes drilled and tapped for a NPT fitting. But the latter risks getting metalshavings in the compressor and the other may not be possible. Does anyone have experience in either of these two methods?
As for the rest of the system, its all laid out in my head, just need to start running the plumbing for the tank. The tank will either be in the spare tire area with a nice skid plate or if/when I chop the top it will go in the back seat
