Anti Theft blinks fast, truck won't start

My 2001 Explorer Sport won't start. I checked the starter but no problems. I replaced the battery, no help. The anti theft light blinks fast. How do I get past this to get the vehicle started?

Now What, I found the code

I found the code by taking the air vent panel off the dash. It just pops off. Then I got out of the car and looked through the windshield and could see the computer. I saw the number, wrote it down and tried it on the door pad. It clicked but didn't unlock the door. I've had trouble with this door and have to open it from the inside. Apparently, the engine won't start until I get the door lock repaired so now I guess I have to have it towed to the dealer unless someone knows how to fix the door lock. It pops about halfway up but that's all. Any ideas? After 2 days of this I'm about ready to rip the door off.

Lock actuator? I haven't messed with PATS much, have you tried taking off the steering column shroud to see if all of the wires are ok on the transceiver?
