The 1994 Explorer blew a Water Pump on the freeway. Had it towed home and replaced the Water Pump and now it won't start. Turns over real good but does not seem to be getting current to Coil Pack. I did disconnect the battery for about 3 hours. Now the Anti-theft dash light keeps blinking. I locked and unlocked the doors but the Anti-theft dash light keeps blinking. I'm thinking this system has locked out the current to the Coil Pack. Does anyone know how I can fix this or do I need to get a new PCM.
