You are basically dropping the entire strut assembly in the front. Once out, you will need a spring compressor tool to remove the coil spring from the strut assembly. There are 3 or 4 bolts on top of tower and 2 on the spindle.
The rear is a lot simpler and just involves unbolting the rear shocks I believe so that the control arm can be lowered enough so spring will fall out. It may require some slight compressing / prying to get out and back in.
