Any of you talented folks live in or around 01915

I like reading the stories, seeing the pics and secretly wishing I was half as good with a pliers as some of the gifted folks here

So, it is with great humility that I ask if there is anyone here living in or around 01915 (within 20 or so miles) that wouldn't mind spending a Saturday giving my 96 XLT the once over and possibly doing minor repairs that can be done on that Saturday.

It has approx 142K miles and I need to keep it for a few more years to defer a new car payment.

I will be happy to compensate you for your time if required.

Edit:

On another note, My radiator has a leak where the upper and lower metal pipes connect to it. I was told that because it connects to plastic, I would need to replace the radiator.

I was looking on rockauto and needed to confirm the item to purchase. It's a 96 4.0L w/AT and AC. I found this item:
SPECTRA PREMIUM Part # CU1728 {OHV (Pushrod Engine); A/T #1728} OHV (Pushrod Engine); A/T $134

Would this be the correct one? What other part(s) should I purchase for this repair (hoses etc).

If that radiator is for the 4.0L OHV (pushrod) engine, then that is the correct radiator as the other 4.0L engine (the SOHC) did not hit the market until '97 I believe.
