I had the briaded stainless hose covers on my 65 Impala,
huge PITA to instal, looked fake as all get out.
It may in fact have been the same kit. ( I have been using Summit as long as I can remember )
I eventually stepped up and got all the REAL braided, hoses.
$cha-ching$
I doubt I will go that far with my Ex

those are great as "finishing touches". the thing about them is that they look tacky on a dirty engine.

yea, those end caps are a pain to install. how something so simple...

I put the braided hose cover on a '66 Chevelle and it was such a bitch. You need a few people to get one hose done, and if you bend it just a little, it looks horrible.
