Anyone had Customer Satisfaction #17B22 fixed?

Looks like it's just a computer software flash. The mailer states time to repair "less than half a day" but per Customer Satisfaction Program 17B22 - Power Steering Control Module Software Reprograming - 2013-2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility it takes 0.3 hours.

After this is done is the turning radius going to be worse?

I hope that works better than the 'reflash' they performed on the regular Explorers when power steering went out. It didn't cure the issue. Only fix was to replace the steering rack. This appears to be a slightly different issue so hopefully it will work.

I've had it done and haven't noticed any difference.

Dealer did it when vehicle was in for something else, but didn't notice any difference either.
