I had to take the cargo area of my '94 apart to repair a leaking window, dry out a damp carpet, replace the pad, etc. Really can't recall where this little screw came from. It's head is just 7/32.
I'm pretty sure those are 8mm....
Anyways they're used everywhere. Having said that, you shouldn't have removed one to fix a leaky cargo window. What all did you remove?
Could be, as I took it apart a bit to replace the weather seal.
It's definitely from the back. I had to take off all the side panels, carpet, that big, hinged panel that the front of of the carpet hooks onto. I had to do all that to clean up rust and repaint, since the window had been leaking for years.
I'll take a look at the liftgate. Here I thought I was being so organized throughout this project.
