Hi all. I currently am running 22" wheels and tires on my 2015 piu which has beefed up heavy duty brakes and Rotors and of course whatever suspension they run stock on this model. But I can get a great deal on a set of 24" wheels and tires for 200 bucks so im thinking why not at least try. 2 tires are 255 30 24 and 2 are 285 30 24. Just curious if anyone has tried these sizes before successfully on a normal ford explorer ..I'm already using 22" spacers so I don't mind it if I need the same for these but just want to know if anyone has tried anything close. Anyways, thanks for any info.

What are the size of tires you have on now? If you're running 255/40R22 the 255/30R24s should fit. The 285/30R24s are about a 1/2" larger. Be sure to verify backspacing too.
