Anything else I should replace while doing water pump?

Vehicle: 2007 Ford Explorer XLT V6 4.0

Miles: 178,000

Issue: Water Pump Leaking From Weep Hole (leaking from behind pulley)

Parts Replaced Already: Thermostat Housing, Thermostat, Some Hoses

Question:

I will be replacing my water pump this weekend and was wondering if there is anything else I should replace while I have the fan removed and have more access?

I don't usually replace things till they fail, unless a hose crumbles when taken off of course, or you could just replace all hoses you take off.

If the belt hasn't been changed in several years, might go ahead and do that, and check the tensioner.
