2001 Explorer with ARC. Rear passenger side of vehicle is sagging. Went under the rear of vehicle and forced the arc to adjust by pushing up on the ride control sensor. When the rear adjusts itself for load the passenger shock is always off by a 1/2 inch in comparison to the driver side shock. Air is injected into both shocks but no matter how it settles the driver side is always a 1/2 inch higher than the passenger side. Bad shock? Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Anyone know anything about this particular problem?
Thanks!

Don't know how much help I can be, but you can start HERE.

I've had a few issues with my ARC and these guys have been wonderfully helpful!

My best guess to start with would be the shock or the ride height sensor (maybe both??) because those are the issues that mimicked mine for the most part.

Again, just a guess.....
