Are 95 and 99 Plenum Gaskets Different?

I would like to use the one piece that came with valve cover set because it looks like a better gasket but don't want it to be wrong and throw codes which is the last thing I need right now. That's why I was hoping people knew for sure if they are the same or different plenum gaskets because why would the 99 valve cover set I bought come with that 1 plenum gasket
