Been running the aussie up front for a while and are happy with the way it works.Except about 50 percent of the time ,if I bust a hub,it breaks the little pins and causes the locker not to free wheel when turning.I talked to aussie and their tech guy said that would happen sometimes.Well its a real pain in the butt to replace those .Anybody else have this problem or even heard of this?

Warn #37780 Jeep hubs should put an end to that.

You seen it first hand.I really don't know what to do.Maybe the rear locker will help.

I agree about the 37780 hubs I own a set and wheel a lot and have yet to break one and I also run the aussie locker up front

If you're running stock hubs and a locker in the D35, you're asking for problems. Get the Jeep ones mentioned above... no more problems...

The last set I used was a set of Warn 37780 and they busted. One bust when I was in an off camber pothole going up hill. When that side paused for a milli second, bang. The second one I was just spinning up hill a little. It didn't grap on anything.I just broke.

Doesn't sound like 37780 hubs to me... I think you may have got jipped (or you got another issue in your frontend). It's very rare to break a 37780 hub before breaking an axle shaft or u-joint.

Here is a video of it breaking a hub if anybody wants to check it out.

Personally I dont think it should have broke one there and especially the second on that day. It broke when he was spinning a little going up a hill climb.

Im running 35's and lockers and have only broke one hub since I have had it and it was partially my fault and it had the 31's on it then. Havent broke one with the 35's and Im not exactly easy on it. Ive broke countless axles though.

I still think something is messed up or something somewhere. Shouldnt break them that easy. Dont know what it could be. Its got me stumped.
