You will have to move to Australia.
Of all the worthless options (auto on head lights for one example) Ford offered, I don't know why the didn't offer a floor shifter. Chevy did on the Blazers.

Say, my headlights turn on automatically when oil pressure comes up.

Say Don , you sure you have the right pressure to me sometimes it's called blood pressure BTW with the centre consol from my memory you guys over there have a comms centre and you are able to put a CD changer in the consol wheras out here ours have to go under the seat or in the back and no comms
