Hi,
I've searched the site and didn't find a discussion, on this, so he goes.
State and Federal laws are now requiring headlamps, to be on anytime, we have our wipers on, as well as vehicles produced after a certain year have daytime running lamps.
I was wondering if anybody had tried and/or could tell me where the sensor/eye is for the "Auto Headlamps" on a "99" Eddie Bauer?
Seems to me if I could block the light, I would never have to worry about having my headlamps on a the correcct time. Seems now if I turn them on manually, after getting used to not having to turn them on, I simply forget to turn them off. I also don't always think they come on quite as soon as they could at dusk.
Anybody see a problem with this idea??
Thanks in advance, "pear"
