Hi, we have a 2002 Explorer XLT with auto headlamps. When the headlamp switch is turned to park or headlamp, all works as it should. When turned to off the obvious happens. The problem lies in when we turn to auto, the headlamps come on as expected but the park/running lights as well as the the dash lights do not come on. I have replaced both the DRL module and the switch. I got both from the local pick and pull, but the problem still exists.
Any ideas on where to look next?
Before anyone says to just ignore the auto headlamps and switch manually, if it were my truck I would but it is the wifes and she really likes her auto headlamps.
