automatic suspension question

People , I have up graded my suspension and I want to get rid of the warning light in the dash ,Some guys have blocked the hose ends that go to the air shocks and that works but it still has the system active .If I could get to mt compressor that's what I'd do but I have a long range fuel tank in place of the spare tyre so I can't get to my gear on the cross member as most of my hoses and pipes have been removed so I'm wondering if I disconnected the suspension module ie the electric connectors no 2000 and 2001 . Is that possible Cheers Foxy

Hello Barry, I've suggested to others to disconnect those two ARC connectors at the module, and pull the fuses from the power distribution box. Pull the radio bezel off and the ARC is on the top right of the opening.

Hi Don, Thanks for getting back to me . Looking at the the manual I can see the module is behind the dash .Would pulling the connectors affect the oil pressure guage and the water temp guage lights ? I'm not that good at reading the electronic wiring side of things but I suspect it won't . Thankyou and ave a good day Cheers Barry

The ARC module is separate from everything else. I think unplugging them might be enough, but you might be wise pull the fuses also. Regards,

Hi Don, Mate your right except out here being rhdrive the module is on the lhand side of the dash well.as yours is on the right hand side according to the manual . I un plugged the 2 connectors and no worries . I noticed there are 2 fuses to the module one on the big box in the engine compartment a 20AMP yellow and that only is for the module and another in the door well box but that incorperates other things .So I'll pull the 20AMP but that sure looks better than having a light on all the time. I was looking at pulling my longrange tank now I don't have to Cheers mate and thankyou Barry
