Yes, they are the same.
You will need a 32 mm socket to remove the center nut. 13 mm socket to remove the caliper, 15mm to remove the caliper bracket and the hub after you have everything else you have. 10mm to remove the back plate. 5mm hex bit to remove the ABS harness (you don't need to do this normally. Most bearings come wit the harness).
Also, your standard BFH, penetrating oil, jack, and tools to remove the wheel. Leave the nut threaded on and at the end of the threads of the CV axle before you hit it with your BFH.
The Timken bearings are the best bearing for your money. The off brand ones don't tend to last very long, and the motorcraft bearings aren't significantly higher in quality than the Timken bearings.
