My 98' explorer (4.0 SOHC automatic) jerks when it shifts. It doesn't do it all the time, but mainly when I let off the gas and then it jerks when I get back on. Has this happened to anyone else, or is it normal? It just seems like it is doing severe damage to my transmission.
