Axle Seals Leaking

Took my 2007 Eddie Bauer 2007 explorer in for a checkup yesterday at local ford dealer. Was told left front axle seal & right rear axle seal are leaking. Vehicle has 83,000 miles. Is this considered normal wear & tear ? Or is this a ford problem on this model ? Your help is appreciated. Thank you!

with 83,000 i would say wear and tear.

I noticed my front seals seem to be leaking at 108k, there is oil splatter around them, but i've never had a drip on the driveway. figure its normal leakage, but going to add more axle lube in case its low.

i had my rear seals replaced under ext warranty at 40-45k or so. Seems they would leak in cold weather. they did leave drops on the driveway.
