I think i have a bad IAC, but i just want to make sure so i dont buy the wrong part. its getting battery voltage, i checked that. I then ohmed across the terminals and got about 9 ohms. i then ohmed from terminal to the case and got an open. so does this indicate that its bad? i know that when i used to unplug it when it was running the idle would drop, now it stays the same. and my truck kinda makes a weird whining noise. any input would be greatly appreciated!!
