I have a '90 Ranger that I acquired from my father, that had a slight miss when I got it, so I gave it a tune up, (wires, plugs, distributor cap, rotor, air filter, fuel filter and cleaned the IAC) and the miss got worse.
In succession I pulled the wires to isolate the bad cylinder and it's cylinder 4. So I checked for spark at the plug and it's getting good spark. So I took a piece of larger vacuum line and put it to each injector to see if I could hear it clicking, and I heard clicking on all injectors except cylinder 4.
So I pulled the upper intake and unbolted the fuel rail, installed a new injector, put it all back together and no go. I'm pretty sure it's just not getting fuel to the cylinder, but I can't figure out why.
