BBQ_HotDogs's Big Red Dawg 12/01/06

dec06ft.jpg

I want to make a special note with this feature truck:

This is the time of year for thankfulness, and familys being together, and although Ronnie worked so hard on this truck, I want to say that we are very thankful for him and his daughter for being alive right now.

There was a lot of blood sweat and tears in this truck, and it's a shame that it is no longer on the road, the truck can be replaced, but thier precious lives can't.

Here's the feature "Truck of the Month" you never got Ronnie.

Merry Christmas everyone, and safe hollidays!

wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never seen pictures of the enterior that was awesome.

BBQ_HotDogs did you ever get a chance to enter any shows?

Sorry about your lose it makes my stomach turn looking at them pics.

BBQ_HotDogs nice work, what do you have now do you still have an X?
Better late than never, good choice Jeff.

Nice tribute to one of the sweetest Eddies that have graced our pages. I'm fortunate to have a piece of it under my hood (alternator). I was very sad to hear about the accident, but relieved that no one was hurt (miraculously!).

WOW

I don't know what to say...

This has brought tears to my eyes. I spent allot of time and money on her, she just didn't have a long enough life for me to finish her and enter her into a show. I didn't have much left to do, but the time frame after the stereo and interior was short lived...

Thanks everyone for the kind words...

That's the best use of the cargo area I've seen...everything looks almost stock since it blends so well. sorry it's gone, but I'm glad you're ok.

As you well know Ronnie, that Johnstone got your rear axle in his Limited, and does quite a bit of duty going back and forth to my house.

Your beautiful EB may be gone but like so many other owners it's legacy lives on with us in more ways than one.

I am still glad your part of our Explorer family, and hope to meet you someday when I'm in your neck of the woods, or vice versa ;)
