Originally posted by rustytr I had to come back and check what % tint you used because I like it and I'm tinting my Audi hopefully in the next couple of weeks.
Right. I posted before and now I'm tinting and I remembered I liked yours but then I couldn't remember what % it was. Don't even ask why I needed to post about it...
I just got my front windows tinted. The shop insisted that 15% would match my back windows, but they failed miserably. I'm not mad though, because I was planning on tinting over the back windows as well.
Just a couple of questions (mostly for the 98+ people). I want to tint the front ones to match the back and I see that 20% is the way to go. Nothing has to be done to the back windows, right... just the 2 fronts. And what do I do, just say I want 20% put on the front? I'm assuming one shops 20% tint is the same as another shops 20% tint.
if they are a GOOD shop. they will be able to match your tints.... mine are all mirrored and they only charged me $60 and it has lifetime warrenty.... any fading bubbels anything they will replace it. Dead Link Removed
Living in West Allis, like myself you kinda wanna watch the darkness or you may get pulled over. I have 20 on my windows and it looks nice . I did get pulled over in Greenfield and the piggy said that they were illegal and that I would have to get it removed. I still drive thru Greenfield with the same windows as dark as I have them. I am not worried about some dam pig who should be eating donughts and drinking coffee. He was a ***** and My windows are legal and I havent had any problems with pigs other than that *****. Just look for the white 94 with the spoiler, visor , clear corners and chrome rims cruzing around West Allis, cranking some House Music and look for the tribal decal that says 1bad4x4 on the rear hatch.
