What site/person/shop is the best to send your computer away to be reprogrammed/customized.

I don't mean chips, because there are plenty of 'which are the best chips' threads, but i simply am wondering past experience/what you have heard/common knowledge of the topic.

I am thinking of getting one of these chips to help with gas and give me some more power. I know theres alot of threads out there about this stuff but i was just wondering which one do you guys recommend. Those that have them which do you have and was it worth the money?
