Depending on the size of your amp(s). If they are small enough you can probably fit them behind the panels in the back, but you need to be sure they are properly set. You can check my page on cardomain in my signature to see how I did mine.
To ground: Pick a spot in the floor and drill a hole. Make sure you're not near the gas tank or any wires. Remove some paint with sandpaper to get to bare metal and ground with a self tapping screw.
I put my amp under the rear drivers side seat, too. Perfect spot for a medium sized amp.
