Bi-Zenon Projector retrofit

I'm planning on retrofitting hella bi-zenon projectors into my stock headlights. They cam stock on my daily driver and definitly well worth the money. The thing I am worried about is clearance on the passenger side headlight. Has anyone who has done this run into any issues with the battery?
