Bleeding clutch didn't work.

I just got done bleeding the clutch in my 93 exploder. all went according to plan, until I tried to put it in gear. I'm still getting grinding in the gears. is this the sign of a bad clutch master cylinder?

The master could be bad, but it's more likely the slave cylinder at the transmission is bad.
