Blend door actuator issues.

my blendor actuator isnt moving the door and it stays letting the heat out! please help. i tried another actuator but it didnt fix the problem. any suggestions? i need cold ac badly here in memphis and the cool air is mixing with hot and making it not so comfortable. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
