blend door actuator

2005 Explorer XLT. After replacing the blend door actuator, my ac doesn't work. nor can i turn off the heat. Also no matter what position i put the heat deflector in, it seems to come out any vent. I read somewhere, there is another actuator behind the passenger side rear door behind the plastic cover. Could that be my problem or is it something with my blend door actuator.

Have you repaired this yet? Is the actuator connected?
