Blend Door fixed but still having heating/AC probs

well I ended up having the dealer do my bend door and the original dealer I bought the explorer from paid 1/2....still 400$ from us thou!!

I had this done in early spring so I never really used the heater...just the AC and it worked great....

however now I've got a really funky problem...

The heater will only blow full hot again but its a little different than last time....

example....I put it on 90 and blam hot air...

I notch it down to 85....BLAM air starts to cool off and eventualy gets cold...

I don't think its the blend door again because last time I'd take it down to 60 and it would still shoot out hot air..

could this simply be an inside temp sensor or something?

anyone?...I gota figure this out because its driving me nuts....even on floor setting having the fan on low sets my right foot on fire!

sounds like a thermostat except for the constant heat at 90

I replaced that about 2 months ago just for regular maintaince...I know thats not it......besides the heater bypass hose goes around it anyway...
