i have slight amount of heat (ie door is not completely shut), but heat/cool air control seems to do nothing. Just like the "Blend door fix".
i have pulled the actuator (white box out) and looked at it whilst turning controls and see no movement in lever. I have wired directly to 6 volt battery between - black and (grey with read stripe) and heard a little noise but still no real movement - i will try 12v next).
my question is does anyone know what the wiring should be doing?
some of the wires come from the heat knob, including the grey with red stripe one, i think this may be the issue as there is an open path between the back of the switch and this end of this wire at the controller harness?
