I have posted OEM Ford genuine parts on Ebay:

Included are the entire Plenum Air Chamber that fits inside the dash, the blend door actuator and an aftermarket blend door repair kit. These parts are brand new in the box. Expensive from the dealer.
Sold my 97 Explorer, so no need for the parts.
Will end the auction early for Explorer Forum members for $60 plus $15 for s/h = $75 total.
