Blowing fuse 11

Hi I have a 1998 ford ranger 2wd 5 speed. No power options. Just installed hids and a new head unit today. Went for a test drive and my dash lights and running lights went out. So I started checking fuses and notices that number 11 fuse in the engine compartment fuse panel was blown. I replaced it and it blew immediately. Almost installed blue led cluster lights a few weeks ago so I don't know what could be the problem it all morked fine for about an hour and then the lights just cut out on my drive home

Someone please help me out. The only thing I can think of is the corner light plug got wet. But not to sure
