Blown fuel pump relay and rap module

Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys, I have replaced fuel pump, checked fuel pump relay,fuel cutoff, wires under seat, under hood, wires under the explorer,help me I'm going down the sink on this one.

What are the symptoms? Any evidence of pump working, any noise from it or any fuel pressure at the fuel?

When you wrote checked, how were these checked? Briefly you would use a multimeter to confirm there is 12V at each leg on the wiring diagram I've attached, during the brief moment you turn the key on, then 12V to pump will stay off until the engine is started. Once you find where 12V stops, trace backwards to see where the circuit is broken.

If you have evidence the pump runs then you need to check the fuel pressure to make sure it's high enough. If you replaced the pump but it's still using the original 23 year old fuel filter, it's due to replace that too.
