Blown Fuse

Hello. My name is Keith. My wife and me own a 2004 Ford Explorer 4x4. I have been having a very specific problem. Yesterday my wife was left stranded on the highway. She says the Explorer just died. Upon further inspection I discovered that the fuse for the PCM module was blown. I replaced it and it did it again. So the 15 amp fuse for the PCM module keeps blowing the and the truck won't start.

What could be causing this.

Sounds like you could have a chaffed wire touching a ground somewhere.
