Hi all!

I have a 2014 PIU with the 4" screen and Sync 1.1
I can sync my phone to the system and play music...that all works fine.
The problem is when a phone call happens. During an outgoing or incoming call, the other party can hear me, but I can't hear them. I've tried turning up the volume to no avail. I think it is very strange that the music streaming is working, but the audio from the phone calls is not.

Anyone have a similar problem or know where to start tracking down a fix?

I could have sworn that I read about a fix for this same problem somewhere else in these forums, but, unfortunately, I cannot remember what the fix itself was!

Sorry I can't be of much more help on this one... maybe just try searching the forums for some hits on this subject?

Have you checked this thread Cam? Sort of the opposite of your issue. Bluetooth incoming calls / no sound
