Mods - feel free to delete/merge this post if needed. I had originally posted this over in the Audio section, but it seems that is more for the "mod" crew. Thought it might make sense to post in the new Explorer section.

Really random question here. I know the bluetooth in the new Explorers are used to connect phones and other devices so that you can get sound through the Explorer speakers. My question is the opposite.

Can you have the bluetooth connect to an external bluetooth speaker and play the Explorer radio through that? Here's an example of what I'm talking about: http://www.amazon.com/Creative-D200-...l_mb_hu_m_2_dp

This would be a great feature when tailgating for football where you could set the speaker up outside, but still play music or the sat radio. Wasn't sure if it is possible to even set it up this way.

It is not.. at least not currently.. Cool idea though... but.. could you just open the gate and turn it up? ;)

Thanks for the quick response. . . I'll continue to do like you said, and just open up the gate and crank the volume.
