I am looking for information, videos, pic, on how to replace body bushing on my 2001 Ford S/T. I would also like to find the replacement hardware washers, bolts, nuts, so those can be changed out also.
I have found the body bushings at Daystar and Energy Suspension They show all 8 bushings and a couple of washers and that's it . They also say its not necessary to replace the hardware .But after 267000.0 miles and almost 15 years of service I am thinking this hardware is a little war out.

When it comes to getting GOOD information on my S/T this the site that has the best resources.
Thanks for your time.
Mike.

Get the Prothane kit. To get new hardware you'll have to get OEM bushings as they come as one part. Not a bad choice, IMO, but they are considerably more expensive.

If you have any questions, the above link may be helpful. If not, post your question on there and I'll try to keep all related info on that thread.
