alright thats kind of the box from the top, and the arrows are pointing to where i want the ps2 and vcr, on the side facing the hatch....the box is going to be all clear plexiglass 2/3" thick with mirrored floor and sides......

im sure it can be done but will it vibrate to much for the ps2 or DVD? the guy whos building my box is out of town, so i cant ask him, but im trying to get my stuff planned out right now so i can buy all the equipment.

also, will the wireless remotes for the PS2 work from the front seat if its back there? or will they have to be kind of facing it?

That sounds like a sweet box!! I wouldn't put anything with a tray loaded laser reader anywhere near 4 Kicker's. If you had something with some skip protection, might not be a problem, but not a regular PS2. I can just imagine how that bass would throw your lasers off.

thats what i was thinkin but i thaught if the box had enuff spray on liner inside it might be possible. but i dunno.

Why the l5s? If you ever compete, you're gonna wish you had the l7s. With that much bass back there, you're gonna make that ps2 skip. I have a ps2 under my rear seat and my single 15" RE HC with about 2000w goin to it keeps it unplayable. I really need to invest in a new cd player :(

i dont compete. its a daily driver. besides, when im playing the PS2 im just going to turn the music off or the bass down .dunno yet.... i wonder if it would be possible to fit that VCR in the glovebox? or would that vibrate 2 much?

I doubt that very much. You could barely fit 2 VHS in the glovebox.

Now I am being serious. Why do you want a vcr. If it is for some type of camera record type setup. Just do like I do and use a miniDVcam setup. It is very small and can be put anywhere and has inputs for the 12v cameras.

Did you guys look at the VCR he is getting? I didn't think so. Check it out. It's not just a VCR. Still doesn't explain why he doesn't just get a DVD player, but...

I wouldn't put a PS2 and/or VCR remotely close those speakers. It wouldn't be able to play and even when it's not playing you've got a good chance of vibrating something lose, and that would suck.

why get a dvd/vcr combo when the ps2 is a dvd player?
