Brake light issues on my 99 Explorer.

my brake lights on my 99 explorer sport it seems after you drive for a while they just stop working. is there a relay or a switch that can go out or just working from time to time? its my wifes and i had to follow her for a bout 10 miles to see what happens. please help

I've renamed your thread, and moved it into the stock 95-01 section. Check the brake light switch near the brake pedal.
