Hello,

I just bought a brand new 2020 Ford Explorer Limited and am looking forward to reading and participating in this forum.

Already learning! So glad I didn't buy the ESP from the dealer! LOL

I’ve always thought I never impulse buy until I do research.

The night I bought my vehicle I was tired and I signed the contract for the ESP. The dealer was selling it for $5500 for 100,000 miles and eight years.
A week later I learned I can get it for 50% LESS directly from Ford. So on the final day I went to the dealer for a refund and I can’t believe they charged me $150 for Getting a refund on the 31st day instead of would would have been free on or before 30 days.
