2004 Explorer with no heat. Fan works fine on all speeds. Had problem with heater in the past where the fan only worked on 4 with heat. changed module under dash and it was corrected. Don't know if it is related??

Thank you

Probably a blend door actuator. Do you hear a clicking sound when you move the temp knob?

Also could be a clogged heater core.

This one should probably be moved to the gen3 section since it is a 2004.

talked to a guy from Autozone today. He felt the two hoses coming out of firewall and both were ice cold. said might be clogged. Mechanic said might be a valve that controls flow of water for heater unit?

Any thoughts. thank you for reply
